  • Placemat

The placemat scene is quite up to the mark as compared to other scenes. Particle animation above the house and a moving cow depicts a bucolic scene. The interaction with the image targets are worth noticing as they change the entire position of the assets on the screen. The images below show the placemat scene (1) along with the interaction scenes with business cereal (2), Astronaut cereal (3), Orange juice (4)

    Cereal Box 1: Business Cereal

The business cereal theme for the box 1 is also insightful as it depicts a brand most preferred by the Business Professionals. The striking thing in this scene will be small cars on the road which have a moving animation. I personally feel the mascot occupies more space than its supposed to. Asset such as a river could have been used to make the scene look more naturalistic. Image of the cereal box scene is shown below.

  • Cereal Box 2: Astronaut Cereal

This is a nice scene in the collection. The distribution of the assets is similar to the business cereal scene apart from a few aerial objects – UFO and Spaceship. The overall scene could have been scaled up a little bit in order to cover the details on the small assets. Interaction with other cereal box changes the speech bubble of the mascots, depicting a marketing by the mascots for the brands. The images below show the scene image (1) and the interaction of the cereal box with other cereal box (2) and orange juice(3)

    Magazine

The magazine is quite well constructed by the person, the most striking thing which has been added is the interaction of the magazine to show a particular page according to the target in the vicinity along with the page turning sound which is played whenever a page is turned. The buttons of the magazine work quite nicely however if the buttons are placed outside the frame, as if they appear in the boundaries outside the magazine and made transparent then it will be possible for the human eye to take a feel of shadowing the button to make it work. The image below show the screenshot of the cover page of the magazine.
